The Black Porsche Club of Atlanta operates under a comprehensive set of bylaws that establish the framework for how our organization is governed and how we conduct our activities. These bylaws outline the club’s mission, organizational structure, membership expectations, leadership responsibilities, voting procedures, financial policies, event guidelines, and other operational standards that help ensure consistency, transparency, and fairness throughout the organization.

Our bylaws are designed to provide clear guidance while fostering a positive, welcoming, and well-organized environment for all members. They serve as the foundation for how the club conducts business and preserves the values and culture that have made the Black Porsche Club of Atlanta a premier Porsche enthusiast organization.

A complete copy of the Black Porsche Club of Atlanta Bylaws is provided to each member upon acceptance into the club. New members are encouraged to review the document thoroughly, as it contains important information regarding membership privileges, responsibilities, and the policies that govern club operations.

Membership Requirements


Membership in the Black Porsche Club of Atlanta is about more than owning a Porsche—it is about becoming part of an active community of enthusiasts who share a passion for driving, fellowship, and giving back. The following are the minimum requirements for membership.

While meeting these requirements qualifies you for membership, we strongly encourage every member to actively participate in both our driving and non-driving events. From spirited mountain drives and weekend road trips to social gatherings, charitable initiatives, educational events, and club meetings, your involvement is what makes the Black Porsche Club of Atlanta one of the premier Porsche clubs in the country.

The more you participate, the more rewarding your membership experience will be.

      • Own a Porsche (Sorry, no exceptions.)
      • Pay the initial membership fee and annual membership dues.
      • Attend club Zoom Business Meetings and Planning Meetings. 
      • Participate in club activities throughout the year. We strongly encourage members to attend both driving and non-driving events and become an active part of the BPCA community.

The Black Porsche Club of Atlanta is an active driving club. Our goal is to create memorable experiences on and off the road while building lasting friendships among Porsche enthusiasts. We believe the greatest value of membership comes from showing up, getting involved, and sharing the journey with fellow members.
